Portia Fox founded her studio in 2017, bringing over 20 years of global experience. As Creative Director, she oversees the creative vision, client relationships, and delivery of exceptional designs. Actively involved from concept to completion, Portia ensures each project meets the highest standards of luxury, combining her expertise with a passion for creating extraordinary spaces.

Paul Fox co-founded the studio in 2017, bringing extensive experience in operations and procurement. As Director of Finance and Operations, Paul oversees budgets, procurement, and logistics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. With a background in managing complex developments across the retail and service sectors, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence to every project.

Roger Gugen brings decades of entrepreneurial and financial expertise to the studio. His strategic insight and forward-thinking approach drive sustainable growth, ensuring a perfect balance between creativity and business excellence.

Brittany Gudewill leads the FF&E design team, bringing creativity and precision to every project. Passionate about materials and finishes, she develops inspirational concepts and works closely with the architectural team to craft cohesive design proposals. With experience spanning Vancouver, New York, and California, Brittany combines a keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with unwavering creativity.

Alexia Popescu combines creativity with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every project is both functional and inspiring. A skilled communicator, she builds strong relationships with clients and suppliers, delivering seamless results with warmth and positivity.

Natalie Nicolau joined the studio in 2020, bringing expertise honed at Elicyon and Juliette Byrne. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of FF&E and procurement, Natalie transforms visions into reality, earning trust through her warmth, clarity, and commitment.

Kailey Kramer brings a multidisciplinary approach shaped by her background in product design and branding. With an MA in Interior Design, she combines creative vision with technical precision, delivering refined, intentional spaces from concept to final styling.

Nicola Johnston oversees the studio’s financial operations with precision and care. Her meticulous approach to budgeting and resource management ensures clarity and stability, enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional designs.

Renato Pedra Oliveira brings over a decade of experience in private residences, branded developments, and high-end hospitality. Combining creativity with technical expertise, Renato transforms spaces into cohesive and inspiring environments, crafting designs that seamlessly blend form and function.

With over 40 years of expertise, Suzan Shamoon is a highly accomplished architectural interior designer known for her exceptional skill in creating meticulously detailed drawing packages for both residential and commercial projects. A valued member of our team, Suzan brings a wealth of global experience and a versatile approach to every task she undertakes.

Mateo Bazataqui Garnelo brings 16 years of international expertise to our European ventures. Based in Southern Spain, Mateo combines analytical precision with creative expression to craft inspiring, functional designs. Since joining in 2022, his collaborative approach has been key to delivering exceptional, enduring spaces.

Karen Quelal Sevillano joined the studio in 2019 and quickly became an integral part of the team. Known for her composure under pressure and attention to detail, Karen brings clarity and precision to every project, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.

Federica Gatta brings 11 years of experience crafting timeless, transformative spaces. With a career spanning renowned studios like Hubert Zandberg and Spinochia Freund, she combines meticulous attention to detail with a collaborative spirit, creating interiors that are beautifully tailored and deeply personal.

Ethan Burda brings enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail to every project. Combining technical precision with creative vision, Ethan is a valued team member dedicated to delivering thoughtful and inspired designs.

Elisa Baleani leads the studio’s Architectural Interior Design team with exceptional technical expertise in private homes, high-end residential developments and commercial projects. Known for her attention to detail and seamless project delivery, Elisa oversees all technical design phases, from spatial planning to intricate joinery. Her global experience includes leading the design of a 30,000 sq ft retreat in Switzerland to a 63-apartment luxury development in the Middle East.

Richie brings 20 years of experience in Interior Architecture and Design, spanning across high end residential, branded residences and commercial projects. Blending experience with intuition and a collaborative approach, Richie builds strong working relationships with colleagues, clients & suppliers alike.

A skilled Interior Architect with extensive experience in residential, branded residences and hospitality projects, Anvisha has a deep understanding of technical details, translating design concepts into construction packages and specifications that streamline with the construction process. Dedicated to achieving excellence in every project, she thrives in collaborative environments and, fostering strong relationships.
