Located on the 27th floor in Southbank Place, this 2,200 sq ft lateral apartment was transformed into a vibrant and turnkey showcase of design. Portia Fox Design created a striking and memorable interior, blending cultural inspiration with modern luxury to captivate potential buyers.

The design draws on the rich industrial history of the South Bank, incorporating materials like blackened timber, dyed straw, hammered bronze, and bespoke printed leather. Unique furniture pieces, crafted in collaboration with talented artisans, add personality and energy to the space, while the open-plan layout maximises the breathtaking views of London’s skyline.

Balancing bold design with moments of calm, the principal bedroom offers a serene escape with a softer, muted palette. Thoughtful styling—including handmade ceramics and sculptural objects—brings warmth and a sense of place, reflecting the spirit of the South Bank.
